Ebeling is known for its professional team and modern technology. The kind of clinic you’d want to go to if you were already looking for a dentist. But in reality, most people avoid the dentist until they absolutely have to go. And when they do go, they often choose the closest one, not necessarily the one that feels most trustworthy.

Challenge: How do you build trust with people who aren’t even looking for a dentist, and get them to care before they’re in pain?

We needed a concept that would support Ebeling’s expert image, but also connect us with an audience that had never stepped through the door.

Solution

“We could do what everyone else does… or we could do it our own way.”

Instead of explaining tools, talking about procedures, or showing white lab coats, we flipped the script. We created the pH-level concept. A short-form series that tested the pH levels of everyday products and showed how they affect teeth.

  • It was based on science, but was scroll-friendly
  • It made people think, but also laugh. Every now and then.
  • And it built awareness before a dentist was needed

The result? We made dental care something interesting, shareable, and surprisingly entertaining without losing credibility.
